Preliminary design
Plans, volumes and images to walk through the house before it exists. Refined with you until it is yours.
Working drawings
Full documentation, detailed drawings, specifications, structural calculations and technical services. Everything resolved before the first brick moves.
Construction
Building under Annabella's permanent site direction. You know what is happening on site, week by week.
Final handover
The finished house, ready to live in. And the studio stays close after you move in.

Before turning to single-family homes she led residential developments at scale in Santa Bárbara (Praderas) and Nordelta (Senderos), among others. She has spent recent years designing and building houses in Puertos del Lago and the surrounding area.

What's included?
All five stages of the process, handled by the studio: initial listening, preliminary design, working drawings with approved permits, construction under permanent site supervision, and final handover of the finished house.
Which neighbourhoods do you build in?
In Escobar: Puertos del Lago —Marinas, Muelles, Acacias, Ceibos, Vistas, Araucarias, Costas, Nativas, Riberas, Orillas and Amarras—, Nordelta and all of its neighbourhoods, in Tigre. —El Naudir, San Matías and El Cantón.
Who supervises the construction of my house?
Architect Annabella Bompadre, with permanent site supervision. The studio handles all five stages, so there is a single point of contact from the first idea to the handover of the keys.

How experienced is the studio?
We have been building since 2006. Annabella Bompadre led residential developments at scale in Santa Bárbara (Praderas) and Nordelta (Senderos), among others, before turning to the design and construction of single-family homes in the area, with more than 40 projects delivered over recent years.
